Toestablish a standard procedure for architects visiting job sites to collecthigh-quality visual content. This content will be used by the Marketing teamacross social media, presentations, and other communication channels toshowcase Ossa Studio's work.
📋 What to Capture During a Site Visit
Each timean architect visits a construction site, they must:
1. Record a vertical walkthrough video
- Format: vertical (9:16).
- Record a full walkthrough of the space—from entrance to key project areas.
- Narration is encouraged: briefly describe what’s being shown, materials, milestones, and progress.
2. Take construction photos
- Capture wide and detailed shots of the site.
- Focus on finishes, structure, lighting, materials, or areas of interest.
3.Photograph team members or people at work
- If another architect or team member is present, take behind-the-scenes or portrait-style photos of them in action.
- Optionally include construction workers, if permitted and relevant.
4. Capture render comparisons
- If renders exist for the project, try to match the same angle or viewpoint to later compare render vs. real photo.
📩 How to Submit the Material
- Each project should have its own main folder in Ignite.
- Inside that folder, create (if it doesn’t exist yet) a subfolder named Marketing.
- Within the Marketing folder, create a subfolder per visit, named: Visit 1, Visit 2, Visit 3, etc.
- Upload all captured materials from the visit (photos, videos, audio if any) into the appropriate visit folder.
- Once the upload is complete, send the URL or internal Ignite path to Santiago (Marketing) via Slack or email.
⚠️ Note: This system keeps contentorganized by project and visit, making it faster and easier to locate and usefor marketing campaigns.
