With over 20 years of experience in architecture and design, Jack has built a career dedicated to purpose-driven work and innovation. Originally from Medellín, Colombia, he immigrated to the U.S. to pursue a vision of building spaces that inspire connection and performance. Today, Jack leads Ossa Studio, a multidisciplinary firm based in Charlotte that offers architecture, interior design, and branding services to clients across the Southeast.
Ossa Studio collaborates with private and public sector clients on commercial, workplace, and adaptive reuse projects while offering branding and graphic design services that enhance physical spaces and business identity. Signature projects include the revitalized Vizion Church campus in Charlotte and the headquarters for Cunningham Recreation, a national leader in playground design and recreation solutions. These projects exemplify the firm’s ability to align strategy, aesthetics, and technology to create impactful environments.
He is a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program and the 2021 SAB Emerging Leaders Class and was the winner of the 2020 CVG Architecture Business Plan Competition. Jack is actively involved in the business community as a member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (Charlotte Chapter), the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce, and the Charlotte Latin American Chamber of Commerce. He is also the co-author of City Shapers: Stories of Immigrant Architects, reflecting his passion for storytelling and advocacy within the architectural profession.

Outside of his work, Jack is a devoted husband and father of three and the host of The Power of Design, a podcast in which he engages with top voices in business, design, and entrepreneurship. The show explores how creativity and leadership shape the spaces and systems in which we live and work.
